CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Being later than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will result in the appointment being cancelled & will also lead to a cancellation fee being charged.
